Dale Copenhaver is the founder of Cope Agency and a Licensed Senior Agent and Field Underwriter specializing in Mortgage Protection Insurance, Life Insurance, and Retirement Solutions. With a career rooted in service, Dale brings over 25 years of experience from the healthcare field—where compassion, attention to detail, and a commitment to helping others were at the core of his work.

His transition into the insurance industry was driven by a deeply personal experience. After the passing of his mother, Dale was faced with the financial burden of covering funeral expenses and outstanding bills due to the absence of life insurance. That moment became a turning point, shaping his mission to ensure that no family has to face the same hardship unprepared.

In 2021, Dale became licensed in insurance, and in 2022, he founded Cope Agency with a clear purpose: to provide families with the protection, guidance, and peace of mind they deserve. His approach is built on honesty, education, and long-term relationships—treating every client like family and supporting them beyond the initial policy.
